And the most important health issue that everyone faces while getting older is obesity or overweight.

INTRODUCTION:

Obesity means the increase in the amount of fat in the body that raises many health problems including diabetes, heart disease, etc. The issue of obesity is increasing in every age group. You should take out a mortgage to avoid the financial issues in future.Before buying your retirement home you should manage your finances such as searching about home loan and an insurance plan. Choose a home lone which is flexible for you and you can pay back, every month.

Aging

When you plan about your dream house you should consider a Long-term plan. You will grow old after your some time so plan a house by considering this fact. Make it a place where you can live peacefully for lifetime. A beautiful home is good to live but not a multilevel house as you grow old.

“Very often my clients will tell me they want to stay in their home, but they haven’t thought about how their health needs might change. Don’t live alone

If you want to enjoy your life after the retirement you should plan your house in the near the area where your family and friends live. Nobody can enjoy their life without no companion. Location


Don’t select too hot or too cold climate because you are not habituated with it. Choose a place of habitual climate. It is a good practice to rent a house for a year so you can habitual of the environment. If you faced difficulties to live then move to the next location you like.
You need to focus about the location where you want to build or buy your house. You will spent a lot of money on buying house so be careful.  People attracts from beauty of rural areas and become disappoint in future.

Maintenance

Estimate  all expenses your going to spend on goods like furniture, decoration even the maintenance cost. If you buy a house where maintenance cost is high then maybe you lose all your savings on it, because houses in some areas like coastal regions need regular  maintenance so climate also affect.

Near public places

Buy a house which is near to  the health cares and hospitals, markets and malls, and roads so you can easily travel. After retirement you are at the age of aging so you have a place where you cannot need to travel for long, for your basic needs.

Live with Family

If you want to move in with your children after retirement, you should know about all their need. All of them have some wishes for their dream house so discover these wishes and mark them in your list of requirement for house. You will live in their house with them therefore their needs should be priority that’s why compromising is the best way to make perfect house for all of its residents.

Size

Mark the number of rooms and size of the house before listing all other requirements. You should have an enough space to live for all residents of the house. Structural design of your house is based on the size and rooms you need. Also focusing on not to buy a house greater than your needs. Retired people should focus on just required size of the house. Maybe a big home is a wrong choice for the retried people.
